So Ez plays the main character Daniel in a leading role, trying to navigate his relationship with the female lead Miranda (girlfriend), portrayed by Toya Nelson, while juggling financial instability, single fatherhood, and co-parenting with the mother of his child, Evette, portrayed by Danielle Denise. Simultaneously, the female lead character, Miranda, contemplates her standards for maintaining a healthy relationship while setting boundaries with Daniel. The overall series presents a unique comedic interpretation of common situations that young adults often find themselves in romantically, which can have detrimental effects.
