Jay Z Denies Inappropriate Act With 13 Year Old Girl Alongside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs In 2000 After Lawsuit Filed

Rapper and mogul Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter is speaking out, defending his reputation, after NBC News reported he was accused in a civil lawsuit of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 alongside jailed Bad Boy Records founder Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. According to NBC, legal docs were filed by high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee Sunday on behalf of the anonymous accuser under name ‘Jane Doe.’

She claims the alleged assault occurred at an MTV Video Awards afterparty where she was driven. According to legal documents obtained by NBC, the suit was initially filed in October in the Southern District of New York, with Combs as the sole defendant. However, Buzbee refiled the documents regarding the alleged incident Sunday, including Jay-Z’s name. 

Buzbee has been filing several lawsuits against Diddy, representing various accusers after the mogul’s arrest in September. Combs is locked up in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and was denied bail multiple times. Federal prosecutors criminally booked him on various charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and other offenses. His trial date is scheduled for May 5, 2025; he faces life in prison if convicted. 

In this new lawsuit, Doe claims both Carter and Combs allegedly assaulted her at a house party in New York City in 2000. NBC News states the young woman, allegedly 13 at the time, was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall by a friend but didn’t have a ticket for entry into the show. She alleges she “approached various limousine drivers to attempt to gain access to the show or party.”

First, the woman claimed that a driver allegedly told her he worked for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” The suit alleges she was told to meet the driver at his car later that evening to go to an afterparty, which Carter and Combs would attend. The suit continues with Jane Doe alleging she was picked up by the driver and dropped off at a white house. Doe alleges she was forced to sign what she believed to be an NDA to enter the party filled with celebs. Doe alleges guests were doing marijuana and other drugs. 

The lawsuit alleges, “She was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down; she went into a room to rest.”

She then accused Combs and Carter of entering the room and asking her, “You ready to party!” Then alleges Jay-Z removed her clothes and assaulted her. Jane Doe further accused Combs of doing the same act as the rap mogul watched. 

Lastly, She claims that after the alleged incident, she grabbed her clothes and escaped to a gas station, where she called her father. 

Jay-Z Fires Back With Statement Denying Allegation Claims Blackmail:

The Roc Nation Founder is not backing down from the accusations, issuing a statement denying the allegations. According to Variety, Carter claims his lawyer was allegedly sent ‘blackmail’ by Tony Buzbee to scare him into settling out of court, getting “the opposite effect and instead enflamed Carter to expose his accusor for “the fraud [they] are in a VERY public fashion.”

My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer” named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
 
No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!! 

These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!  Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? 
 
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
 
This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics! 
 
I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity. 
 
My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.
 
My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
 
You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same.  I’m not from your moral world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.
