Megan Thee Stallion Admits She Lied To Gayle King 

Megan The Stallion recently released her new documentary Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words on  Prime Video. In a clip from the doc, the rap star admits to lying to journalist Gayle King about having relations with Tory Lanez. Gayle King interviewed Megan in April 2022, during the aftermath of the 2020 incident involving Lanez allegedly firing shots into Meg’s foot. He is serving 10 years in prison, convicted on several charges surrounding the incident. In the video, she appears to share frustration with King for asking about her personal life with Lanez allegedly versus the assault he inflicted upon her.  

She states, “Yes, b****, I lied to Gayle King, b****. First of all, I ain’t know that b**** was even finna ask me about that s***. I thought we was finna talk about this shooting. Why is you asking me about {****** Tory? That’s not what this is about.”

She continued, admitting she was with Tory once or twice while drunk:

“Even if I was, If***** the n**** once, maybe twice on a drunk night.”

Although the clip is new, according to media sources, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly was not deceptive to prosecutors, admitting to having a physical relationship with Lanez during her testimony at his trial. 

Tory Team Responds to Megan

Since the clip release, Tory Lanez’s team has issued the following statement to TMZ. The site claims, “Ceasar McDowell, CEO of Unite the People, the nonprofit law firm that reps Tory, tells TMZ … “The fact that Megan lied about her sexual relationship with Tory obviously makes her an unreliable witness. If someone lies in front of millions of people, how can you trust what they say any other time?” We’re told Tory is appealing his sentence and his appeal “includes previous false statements made by Megan.” Thoughts?
