Lil Wayne Speaks After Not Being Picked For Superbowl Halftime Show
Rap Icon Lil Wayne went to social media to break his silence after not being selected to headline the Superbowl Halftime Show next year in his hometown New Orleans.
The NFL announced on September 7th that rapper Kendrick Lamar was chosen to headline the event, sparking anger and disappointment from many of Lil Wayne’s fans and music industry peers.
Lil Wayne has now taken to his own account to verbally describe his feelings after losing the opportunity to perform. Hear his thoughts in the video below!
