YOUNG THUG APPEARS TO CALL OUT GUNNA ON X
Rapper Young Thug’s recent alleged tweet has reignited speculation about his relationship with rapper Gunna, suggesting that the two may not be on good terms as fans had hoped. The tweet, which has since been deleted, caused a stir as it seemed aimed at his “Pushin P” collaborator.
YSL Trial Impact:
The tension between the two dates back to 2022, when Gunna was released from prison after taking an Alford plea deal. This led many to believe he may have cooperated with authorities and “snitched” on Thug, a rumor the rapper denied. Despite Gunna’s public denials and continued support for the YSL label, the “snitch” accusations lingered, and the two appeared to drift apart.
Thug Still Has Business With Gunna
However, in 2024, Thug’s legal team requested that he be allowed to continue making music with Gunna due to their contractual obligations to YSL. This led many fans to believe that the two had patched things up. But Thug’s latest seeming tweet casts doubt on that assumption. In the message, Thug’s account wrote, “Gunna stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don’t know you, my guy,” signaling that there’s still unresolved tension between them. It seems that while fans hoped for reconciliation, the feud between Young Thug and Gunna might still be very much alive.
