Rappers Gunna and Young Thug made another appearance during their RICO case court hearing Thursday. The rappers are currently being held under RICO charges in Georgia with their official trial set to begin in January. This is after the judge over their case denied prosecutors requests to push back the trial until March. There are reportedly 26 other suspects being charged in connection with this huge RICO case involving the rappers.

It has now been revealed there’s reportedly over 300 witnesses to be called to testify at their high profile trial. Young Thugs lawyer Brian Steel recently filed a motion to dismiss all charges against Thug on grounds of prosecutors abusing “it’s authority by utilizing a sham Grand Jury Subpoena.”

However, this request was not immediately substantiated. In more shocking developments on Thursday, Journalists George Chidi, stated prosecutors will be calling “300 witnesses during the YSL trial, and may require three and a half months. Judge Glanville thinks it will take longer.”

Chidi also claimed a sheriff deputy arrested a bystander in court Thursday for using his phone in court.

Gunna and Thug are facing serious time if convicted on the list RICO charges currently pending against them.
