The sentencing hearing for Eric Holder, the man convicted of murdering rapper Nipsey Hussle has been postponed until November 3rd. This news is according to reports via Fox 11 news Los Angeles. Holder original sentencing date was for last Thursday September 15.

Holder was convicted of first-degree murder in July for the shooting death of Nipsey Hussle outside the rappers Marathon clothing store in March of 2019.

He was also found guilty of voluntary manslaughter for injuring two bystanders in the violent incident and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Holder is facing the maximum sentence of life in prison.
