Black Ink Crew CEO and former VH1 reality tv star Ceaser Emanuel turned himself into Atlanta police department after being charged for animal cruelty. Ceaser was charged with animal cruelty, after video of him beating his small dog with a metal went viral on the web last month.

This video subsequently led to VH1 firing Emanuel due to bad press. Atlanta authorities caught wind of the video, which turned into them issuing an warrant for his arrest under alleged animal cruelty charges. Ceaser was given time to turn himself in, which he eventually did.

Although the Black Ink Crew owner claims he turned himself in weeks ago and bailed out. His mugshot was just released to the public this week.

Emanuel is facing two misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty and one felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.
