A Houston business woman is taking legal action against singer Chris Brown for allegedly canceling his appearance at a benefit concert, and not returning the $1.1 million dollars spent on his booking and accommodations.

During a press conference July 13 LeJuan Bailey, owner and VP of DML Real Estate Investors and Construction, claimed she booked Brown for a benefit concert for Houston hurricane victims.

Community leaders are disappointed and want Chris Brown to either honor his payment and perform or pay up. Bailey also called out Chris Brown for allegedly going to social media, and denying any scheduled performance at the charity event. She claims the event was canceled only hours before he was set to hit the stage. Bailey claims she even did sound check, along with stage set up only to be stood up by Brown.
