According to reports from Forbes magazine super basketball star Lebron James is officially a billionaire. After an evaluation of his accumulation of assets which includes a net income of $121.2 million in 2021 alone- Forbes has estimated James net worth has now reached $1 billon dollars.
Although this may not be a shock to many; this is a historic financial report as James has been labeled the first active NBA player to make the billionaires lists. For those debating with comparisons to Michael Jordan billionaire status, Jordan reportedly did not hit his ten figure net worth until 2014 long after his retirement.
James who is 18-time NBA all-star, 4-time NBA champion, 2-time Olympic gold medalist has reached this milestone over his 19 year career with the NBA.
