Bill Cosby is back in court facing more sexual assault allegations in Los Angeles; with claims he sexually abused a young woman at the Playboy mansion in the 1970s. According to reports the alleged female victim claims Cosby assaulted her in 1975 at the Playboy Mansion during day one of the court hearing.

The accusers best friend also took the stand to testify her accounts of the incident. The AP News quotes “She said ‘I want to go, I wanna leave,’ she was crying,” said Donna Samuelson, then 17 and now 64, the first witness in a Los Angeles County civil trial stemming from Huth’s lawsuit against the 85-year-old comedian and actor.”

More information reveals the accuser reportedly told her best friend Cosby exposed himself after cornering her in the mansion. He then allegedly forced her to touch his genitalia. She also claimed Cosby tried to put his hands down her pants.

The accuser friend claims she was in the same room nearby when the assault happened. However, she was distracted playing a game not noticing what allegedly occurred.

Although there’s no DNA evidence to support Cosby sexually abused this women, prosecutors are using two photos of Cosby and the victim together that day as evidence. Cosby’s attorney denies all allegations stating “This is about a plan hatched by Judy Huth and her estranged friend Donna Samuelson based on some photos,” lawyer Jennifer Bonjean said in her opening statement shortly before Samuelson took the stand. “You will learn Judy Huth has been trying to cash in on these photos for decades.”
