A Fulton County Superior Court judge has denied rapper Gunna real name Sergio Kitchens bond following his RICO indictment and set his trial date for January 2023. According, to reports via Jewel Wicker Twitter account who was present in the courtroom.

She states, “I was just in court where a judge denied bond for Gunna and set his trial date for Jan. 9, 2023. Prosecutors allege YSL is a gang, not just a record label. They also alleged Gunna serves in a “command” role.”

Due to these serious allegations regarding Gunna possibly being heavily and connected to YSL he was denied the option to bond out before trial. Young Thug was also denied bond last week due to his alleged involvement in criminal gang activities and RICO conspiracy.

The courts claim both Gunna and Thug are documented gang members.

Also prosecutors claim if granted bond both may tamper or bribe witnesses by “directing their troops” to commit violent acts. The judge presiding over the case expressed.

Gunna’s attorney can file a renewed motion for bond at a later date.
