August Alsina has teamed up with Rick Ross on a new single called “Entanglements.” The single was clearly inspired by his relationship with Jada Pickett Smith which she stated their relationship was an entanglement on her show ‘Red Table Talk’.
During and interview Alsina agrees with the description Jada gave to define their relationship.
Via Vulture: “If you look up the definition of ‘entanglement,’ it is a complex and difficult relationship. It was exactly that,” August told Vulture. “I think it’s just the language that probably stuck out to people. But I definitely have to agree with it being an entanglement. It definitely was something complicated, a complicated dynamic.”
